Loss itself comes in many forms and is not limited to a loved one passing (i.e., loss of employment, housing, health, etc). It often feels like an emotional roller coaster with unrelenting twists, turns, and loops. Please remember, there is no right or wrong way to grieve or timeline to follow. Your experience is uniquely yours & should never be invalidated by anyone or anything, including yourself!
